I’m currently gaming 2006 Adams A2OS irons (MPF 636) and playing them fine. But would like to get something a little more forgiving and less game improvement looking. I have an old set of 2002 Tommy Armour 845FS Silver Scot irons (MPF 784) that have shafts that are too short so I’d need to reshaft them for $150. These are supposed to be more playable and are much better looking irons than my Adams but the shafts are too soft and 1.25”short for me. Here’s my conundrum:

I can either buy the KE4 max irons right now and be stuck with them for 5 years before moving to something like the TS3, or I can reshaft my 845FS and justify moving to something like the TS3’s in two years or so. Thoughts?

Its seems you want to get TS3’s so why not just do it now rather than waiting 2yrs or 5yrs.

Well, it’s more about budget. I’m trying to build a home sim as well and can only swing so much on clubs right now. The TS3’s are several hundred more than the two options I outlined.
