There are not many light, stiff flex shafts that produce a high launch. However, an excellent choice is the Aerotech Volant FT in the 55 gram option – https://www.golfworks.com/aerotech-volant-ft-series-graphite-iron-shafts/p/at0025/
Another good choice is the Matrix Kujoh in the 62 gram option – https://www.golfworks.com/matrix-kujoh-graphite-iron-shafts/p/mt2052/
I would rule out any high launch steel shafts because they’re quite a bit heavier than their graphite counterparts.

In doing further research, I found a high launching steel shaft that is very light, lighter than I expected. The Nippon Zelos 7. Check them out!

If you meant Light Stiff shaft as in a not overly aggressive flex the Nippon 950 Gh is a great option for a higher launching S shaft that feels great and is on the softer side of Stiff.
