Do the above driver heads all have a COR of .830?
Also is can you provide the thickness of their faces?
Randy
COR is no longer the measurement used to define the performance characteristics of the face. CT, or Characteristic Time, is the method and measurement the USGA and all manufacturers use. Cross referencing the old .830 number with CT gives us a CT of approximately 256 micro seconds. The CT limit designated by the USGA is 239 ms + 17 ms tolerance (256). All manufacturers want strive for the C to be between the 239 and the 256, which puts them over the 239 but within the tolerance set by the USGA.
We do not publish our CT numbers or the face thickness specifications on our drivers. The ST2A driver is on the USGA conforming list. We have not sent in the L-Tech or the STw driver to the USGA for measurement. We strive for all of our drivers to fall in the range mentioned above.
