In general terms would tipping 1inch get a Senior shaft to regular, and does that have an adverse effect on dispersion?
In general, on graphite, tipping 1 inch would increase the flex to close to an R flex. However, that can vary from shaft model to shaft model. Also, you must be aware of how much parallel tip section length you have. There has to be enough remaining to be able to insert back into the hosel. Should not have an adverse effect on dispersion. If anything, if the stiffer shaft fits your swing better, it should improve dispersion.
