I don’t have a 5 wood in my bag. Intend on buying a head this fall. I have a spare Pro series driver shaft. Any problems using that shaft in a 5 wood head. Many thanks,

No problem. Depending on the flex, you can trim the tip slightly and use it in the #5 wood. If it’s a R or S flex in the Pro Series Driver shaft, you can trim 1″ from the tip and then install. After installation trim to your #5 wood playing length from the butt. If it’s an A flex in the DR shaft, you don’t trim any from the tip for the #5 wood. If it is the UL driver shaft, the 1″ tip trim no matter what the flex is for a #5 wood. That is what the trimming instructions call for. You don’t have to trim anything from the tip if you don’t want to. It will just play a little softer.

Thanks Britt. 1 inch trim. Got it.
