I play with the PTM Center Shafted putter. If I add counter weight plugs (your Tour Lock Pro Counter Plugs) will that make the club face balanced?

The built to specs are as follows:

Maltby PTM 5CS putter head.

Golfworks black putter shaft.

Superstroke Tour XL 3.O putter grip.

Playing length 38 3\8″.

Even if the counter plugs don’t contribute to face balancing the club, what would be a good weight to start at to counter balance the entire club as it is built now?

I realize that I will need to buy a new grip or try and remove and reuse the grip that is on the club now.
