Recently purchased this putter pak and the shaft will not fit over the hosel stem. Any solutions. File the stem slightly, cut tip end until it fits over stem.
Thanks

Sometimes the shafts may have a little chrome build up, or excess chrome o the inside that needs to be removed. You can take a drill bit and carefully run it up into the tip of the shaft, or use a small round file. I would try that before cutting the shaft. You could could cut the shaft tip slightly to try and eliminate the part that has the chrome, but I would try to remove the chrome first.
You should sand the post slightly as a normal prep for installing the shaft, but I wouldn’t try to reduce the diameter of the post t make the shaft fit.
We see this occasionally and reaming out the shaft tip seems to solve it most of the time. If it doesn’t, please let me know so we can make it work.
