Sorry I’ve got so many questions. I’ve got two markings on the Maltby pro series shafts. One is a white line, the other is a red line. The shafts were not ordered spined or pured. What is the rule of thumb for the lines upon installation in the heads. Thanks all at Maltby.

It’s not really the spine of the shaft they are set to FLO. Like the SST Pure process. Red to 12 o’clock and the white line faces the target. These are made in the same factory as the Xcalibers. I have one in the new KE 4 TC and it’s an amazing shaft. Great feel with the ability to either bomb it of make a finesse shot. Big wave basically had it.

I haven’t seen the pro series but if they are still like the previous models and like the Xccaliber shafts, those lines are the spine of the shaft. They are usually pretty close, so if you can’t spline it yourself you can use the lines. It should be red line on top with the white line 90 degrees to the left facing the target for a right handed golfer.
