most often when measuring lie angle on an iron or wedge, I mark the leading edge equidistant from either end of the scorelines. example, I measure the length of the score line (54 mm) divide by two and put a mark at the 27mm point. I then put in in the GW1040, use the business card method so the distance on either side of the gauge centerline is the same. This seems to be accurate and makes sense.

Just put the Max Milled wedge on the loft/lie gauge and this just plain doesn’t work as the lines go all the way to the toe. Anything I’m missing here?
