Depending on whether they are taper tip or parallel tip, the difference in weight is 10 – 15 grams, the Project X being lighter. The general rule of thumb is for every 9 grams of shaft weight difference, the swing weight changes 1 point. So, if it’s a 10 gram difference (taper tip) you might see 1 swingweight lighter. If the shafts are parallel tip the difference is 15 grams, so you might see 1.5+ points difference. This assumes exact same grips, club lengths, etc.
