It’s hard to say how long it can take. We request the models from the major manufacturers and they send them when available. Some are quicker than others. I try to wait until I get several, so I can do the measuring all at one time. I do preliminary measurements and get those in our shop here at the Golfworks, but the finals are done at our design studio that is in a different location. Currently, I have the Mizuno heads, the new Ping I blade, and the 2 new Callaway irons on my desk that need to be done. From start to finish, takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours per head to get everything done. That’s from first prelims to final posting of the numbers, but we do not do it all at one time. Prelims get done, then it might be a while before I can get the finals done and posted. It is a priority for us and I hope to get the newest models done as soon as possible. We believe it is a great tool for players and club builders to better understand the true differences in playability that do exist in iron designs.
