Curious about any thoughts/plans on expanding the series… specifically adding heavier offerings? Seems as though the ground is shifting in the “players” clubs away from the steel 120g-130g, towards MMT 105, Recoil 95/110(Dart 105), etc.
Have y’all considered adding a 100g (+) to the MPF Pro Series? I for one would very much be interested. Seems as though it could be an interesting fit with the new 2023 irons (TS1-IM, TS3, TS4).
I will be looking for the iron graphite shaft with the best tip stability and lowest torque in the $30-$40 price range. Wasn’t impressed with Prolaunch Blue. Definitely impressed with Xcaliber. Have yet to try Rapport and MPF.
The MPF line of shafts is due for an update and the tentative plan is for 2024. A heavier weight iron option might be something to look at, but the overwhelming majority of graphite iron shafts that are sold are 85 grams and below. There is a market for some heavier options, but it’s not a lot. In graphite, the weight is very much tied to the flex, with the A flexes, for example, being lighter options because that is what that type of player prefers. Still, we will look at it and evaluate if a heavier weight iron shaft option should be added to the mix. Thanks for the suggestion.
