I have some black irons, pvd finish, very hard to line up. I wanna paint fill the groove nearest the leading edge, white. Im wondering what the BEST way to go about it. Ie prepping and paint selection. Thx
We use the Pro Line Paint Pens and also model paint (the kind you get at hobby stores). The paint pens work fine and come in Fine tip (code MKF-WHT) or Micro tip (code MKF-WHT). Make sure the grooves are clean, then apply the paint. Cure time can vary depending on the depth of the grooves, the material, the temperature, etc. A couple of hours at room temperature will do most of the time. Also important to note that over time the paint will wear out of the grooves, especially if you play in sandy turf conditions.
