It appears most of the premium paks are no longer available on the web site, for irons what is left is the Score shaft and Kuro Kage graphite for example.
Are the options to either buy the standard option or go through the custom shop? One advantage of the paks previously was a volume discount by buying 8 clubs. The custom shop appears to be strictly a charge per club regardless if you buy 1 or 8 clubs.

Thanks Popeye for the comments. I stated before that our goal with the Custom Shop was to give more selection and the intent was to be able to offer discounts through the program so the pricing on similar make-ups to the premium paks would be close to the same. The fact that we do not have that capability yet, and the call out on this forum made us re-think the premium pak options resulting in making them available again. The club builder will see savings and even with the assembly charge added for those that want us to build, the value is still there. We have had to raise prices on some of the premium paks. Parts cost and tariffs squeezed already thin margins on the paks. Still, 10-15% savings will still be seen on most of the premium paks. Some standard paks had price increases as well, but the core paks are staying the same price. My hope is that for those that build their own or custom fit others and then build will still see what a tremendous value they receive on great performing product. Also, that others will see the Custom Shop as a way to get more options for custom built clubs, built by the best assemblers around (IMO) at a price that is still a value compared to other brands that sell more limited custom options.

Just to understand, the Premium Paks will come back soon, right?
For the time being, the only notable difference is the $40 additional charge for assembly in several basic paks (Te additional charge, but DBM still free assembly notice).
Britt, I have to say thank you for being receptive to the customer base. There was a high level of anxiety on some of the other forums and I got a few PMs with some animated conversations.
I see the custom shop as being a great option for people to really get a special build for themselves. It should prove to be a great tool moving forward.
Maltby has proven over and over recently how a world class product can be offered at a more than reasonable price. In a way it’s not really fair to be putting out product that if it had a Callawy or Taylormade stamp on it… would qualify to be iron of the year any way you looked at it. The new KE4 TC driver head is another product that will shock a lot of people.
