Have you ever experimented with utilizing the pure track putter shaft as a stability shaft for wedges. Primarily in the sand and lob wedge lofts where full swings are rarely used?

Have you ever experimented with utilizing the pure track putter shaft as a stability shaft for wedges. Primarily in the sand and lob wedge lofts where full swings are rarely used?
Have not experimented with it. Not sure the connection between the steel shaft and the aluminum would stand up to full swings, or even 3/4 swings especially on firm turf. Can guarantee the aluminum will not flex. No saying not to try, but I am skeptical it will produce good results and may not be durable enough.
