I live in Ontario, Canada and while looking for a new shaft for my driver, I noticed on our Canadian web site the introduction of the Rapport shafts and I was instantly interested so I ordered one in a Regular. Unfortunately, that was almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been delivered to your facility in Ottawa.  Just wondering why it is taking so long to ship a new product across the border.  On another note, when it does finally arrive and I install it in the driver head, is there a specific orientation that the shaft must be positioned (i.e. 0 degrees or 90 degrees).
