I live in Ontario, Canada and while looking for a new shaft for my driver, I noticed on our Canadian web site the introduction of the Rapport shafts and I was instantly interested so I ordered one in a Regular. Unfortunately, that was almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been delivered to your facility in Ottawa. Just wondering why it is taking so long to ship a new product across the border. On another note, when it does finally arrive and I install it in the driver head, is there a specific orientation that the shaft must be positioned (i.e. 0 degrees or 90 degrees).

Not sure why Canada does not have them in stock. I will reach out tour team there and see if we can get some to them asap. As far as the orientation, we check the frequency and oscillation in both the 0 deg. and 90 deg. planes and mark them. the red line should be in line with the logo up position and that is how it should be installed. That places the white line on the butt of the shaft towards the target. That puts the shaft orientation in it’s most consistent position. If you want the logo down, that is fine, but the red line would then go on the bottom and the white line would be to the back. This position is also a stable, neutral plane.
