britt – i see both the recoil zt9 and esx 460 shafts in the golfworks catalog, but don’t see much difference in the shafts. because i don’t have access to the e/i diagrams, could you tell me how the differences in the bend profiles might effect shaft performance? do they have similar profiles in the butt sections and the tip sections? any other differences? thank you –
ping guy – thank you for the response. btw, i meant to type britt on the question … to your answer – did you lose any noticeable distance w/ the zt9 due to lower ball flight? i did notice the torque numbers were slightly different, perhaps that’s the lower flight and less feel? i am curious about the tip stiffness and butt stiffness on both of these as a comparison. i think a softer butt section might have a bit more feel, and a softer tip = higher flight?
