Just built a driver with the Max head and pro series DR shaft, regular, tipped 1/2″. It feels great! I also put together a ts1IM 4 iron with an Aerotech fc90 355 tip regular (f3). It doesn’t feel and perform as well. Can you recommend a pro series iron shaft based on that info? Or maybe soft stepping the Aerotech….
The re-designed Pro Series iron shaft is great, but the R flex is 70 grams, so that might be too light comparing it to the Aerotech fc90, which is 90 grams. if the weight is not an issue, then it could work. The s flex is 78 grams, so not much heavier. Surprised the Aerotech did not feel or perform as well. Always been one of my favorites. I have the 95 in my FDI #3 iron and #4 iron and love it. If your going to need a 90 gram regular flex graphite iron shaft, about the only other choice would be the Recoil Dart 90 (US0128).

What about tip trimming the pro series stiff shaft 1/2″ less? Also, can you tell me the swing weight with the pro series stiff ts1im 5 iron 38.5″ and 39″ with a jumbo max ultralight small grip (48g)
