What are the main differences between the ST series and the new KE4 TC IST series regarding the hybrids and fairway woods?
Trying to decide between these two series. I am a 20+ hanidcapper with an average swing speed. I am mainly looking for maximum forgiveness and high trajectory. I currently use a Taylormade RBZ Stage 2 hybrid and fairway wood and these clubs just do not work for me.
Either could work. The TS2 Series has a slight draw biased weighting that is a benefit to so some. As long as the lofts fill the gaps yo need and the build is to your specs, with the proper shaft, grip , club length, etc., either combination should be good performers for you. The IST’s are the newer models and do have some nice features that are worth considering. TS2’s have been great performers for us for several years and will be fazing out of the line-up next spring, if that matters. I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Also, as statechamp stated, the M890’s are another good option.

If you’re looking at maximum forgiveness and high trajectory the M890 should be the one you’re looking at.
