do i remove old grip before I install new shaft adaptor to prevent pressure from pushing adaptor off
I wouldn’t worry about it…but…sticking an inflation needle into the hole in the grip cap would keep pressure, however slight, from building up. Anything that punctured the grip tape plug would work…I just like the mental image of using an inflation needle and it would prevent the puncture from closing.
