I currently have a set of TS4 4-GW with FST 115 cut to +1/2”. I’m wanting something a little heavier and can buy a set of KBS 125 $-Taper 3-PW shaft pulls. The 3i is 38 1/8” and the PW is 34 3/8”. If these were swapped into my TS4 heads, would the playing length be the same as my current set? What is the cut shaft length of TS4 4iron +1/2”?

My thought is my +1/2” is basically the same as shifting every club over one (i.e. 3i = 4i+1/2”) so 3-PW shafts should work in my 4-GW set

Bottom of the bore to ground line measurement on the TS4 is approximately 3/4″. Bore depth is approximately 1.25″. Those are the two measurements you have to consider. Also, there are tolerances so there could be very slight variances. Have to compare these measurements to the heads the KBS shafts came out of to know how the pulls are going to work. If the bottom of the bore to ground line is more in the set they were pulled from, then the shafts will be short when installed in the TS4’s.

Really just need to get the set of TS4’s and dry fit the pulls to see how they come out.

I believe that, like the TS3, the TS4 will add 1″

So if the shaft is 38″ long, adding the head will make it play 39″
