Currently have 5-P TS1 IM, mid irons are great, looking to replace the 8,9,P with Ts4’s for a little extra versatility. Will I be able pull shafts from the IM’s throw ’em in the Ts4’s and not worry about length discrepancies?

The bbtg on the TS1-IM and the TS 4 are both approximately 3/4″. This can vary slightly from club number to club number, but that should be close. Can’t promise if removing and installing will yield exactly the same lengths with no discrepancies, but the finished lengths should be close.

Really did not do any detailed spin variation study between the two. I have played both and could not tell you that I noticed any difference. If anything, just based on the construction and the slight loft difference, the TS1-IM could possibly produce less spin, but I could not say that is definitive nor would it be something you would likely see for every player.

Thanks Britt. What have you seen with spin number comparisons between the two, generally speaking of course.
