Recently received my TS4 heads with Aerotech fc90 355 tip shafts. When inserting the 355 tip into the hosel there’s a lot of wiggle room. It’s that normal? I also have a 370 tip Aerotech shaft that fits prefectly snug. Thank you

Taper tip should work with no problems in the universal hosel. You can use some epoxy beads to add some volume to he epoxy, but with the proper ferrule and with the hosel clean and the shaft tip prepped properly, you should be able to shaft them with the .355″ taper tip shafts. I put taper tip shafts in my TS4’s and used a a few beads, no problem.

From a similar question. I would make sure that the hosel is nice and clean and that the bottom of it where the tip of the taper shaft fits isn’t blocked.
The Universal Hosel bore will accept both a .355″ taper tip and .370″ parallel tip shafts. The hosels are bored for a .370″ parallel tip with a smaller diameter .355″ hole drilled in the center bottom of the bore. The tip of the .355″ taper tip fits into this smaller hole to center the shaft. A .355″ taper tip shaft tapers out to approximately .370″ where the shaft exits the top of the hosel so the shaft will center itself at the top of the hosel. If you install a .370″ parallel tip shaft it installs as normal and the small hole at the center bottom of the bore will fill with epoxy during assembly.
