In the market for new irons and currently playing DG Pro R. Any opinions on a mid-weight graduated set, be it weight, flex, torque, etc? Would like to hear any advice / opinions on what’s out there now and the basic progressive set concept.

there is nothing made today like the DG Pro. I checked with Jim, our resident expert on such things, and he said the DG Pro was basically like a Dynalite in the long irons, a TT Lite in the mid irons and a Dynamic Gold in the short irons. Different step patterns, diameters, weights. There are several progressively designed shafts to consider, but none will be like that. True Temper makes the AMT series which is a progressive weight set. SteelFiber and Project X have “flighted” sets, which is probably more like what the DG Pro was trying to accomplish. KBS has the Tour FLT, which is another Flighted set.
