Callaway loves to make things that can’t easily be fixed. I have a Callaway Rogue St #3 fairway wood that needs a new shaft. Note this is not for an adjustable hosel adapter. It takes a ferrule that has a step down because the top of the hosel bore is wider than the base. I obtained some ferrules that were supposed to work … they do fit the hosel …. but the id is too big for the shaft and it needs to be shimmed. Wondering if anyone has found a fix.

Evidently we don’t have the specific Callaway ferrule they use (not sure why), but you might try the GW0158. It’s a .350″ collard ferule that looks to me like it could work.

Britt I actually have those collared ferrules. I thought they would work OK. They nicely fit into the hosel but the inside diameter is .350 but the shaft is .335 so it wobbles around in the ferrule. The best possible solution I can think of is to use a shim inside the ferrule. Thanks for you response.

agree with SC…
sounds like you need GW0157 collared ferrule after reading the above.
.335 inside diameter, outside diameter same as gw0158 which you mentioned was a good fit.
Also, if you pulled a .350 shaft from the head and are installing a .335 shaft you’ll also need a brass shim:

I would guess you’ve got the wrong ferrule. You could’ve got a .350 or even a .370 ID ferrule.
