I am working on re-shafting a set of Cleveland Launcher HB irons, and purchased UST Mamiya Recoil 680 SC shafts, which have a .370″ tip diameter. These are too large for the hosel bore of the iron heads. The factory shafts were True Temper Dynamic Gold DST98 S300. Anyone know what tip diameter I need? And going forward, what is a good reference to find this information?
Thanks, Michael. That’s the chart I used when I ordered the UST Mamiya Recoil shafts, which don’t fit. I contacted Cleveland directly and there response was .355″ tip diameters. I installed some Padersons with .355″ and they fit great. Maybe Britt or Jim can update the golfworks link?
