Generally speaking, probably not. Kind of depends on how they were stored (air tight, no light, room temp., etc.) and what material(s) the grips were made of as to whether or not they might have some life left. If you can tell me exactly what kind of grips they are, I might can be more specific.

Try washing the grips with dish soap using a brush.
