First time gripping the 17” putter grip. I got it done but was a pain!

A lot of solvent and I’ll take my sanding barrel and just taper the opening/start of the grip.
Lots of solvent. Especially inside the grip, and at the shaft opening.
I also add a extra 4″ – 5″ length of tape starting at mouth back up the shaft. It closes the opening caused by shaft tapering down.
