I have owned and played them all(2 different drivers, 2 different fairways, old and new hybrids, multiple iron models, multiple wedge models, and 3 different putters). Hybrids will beat anything on the market. Hands down and are made for all players. Fairways are great as well, great ball speed and forgiveness. When you compare hybrids and fairways to the OEMs and others on the market you basically don’t get a carbon crown but sound is still pleasing and with those size of heads the discretionary weight savings from a carbon crown is so minimal. Drivers are outstanding as well with the two models available. Performance numbers match or beat any OEM. Like Britt said doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but what really shines is the hosel cog system. The shaft stays aligned no matter the setting which is really nice.
I don’t have a lot of experience with the shafts but driver and iron shafts are pretty solid. I like them and for the price point you’re going to get marginal performance boost for hundreds of dollars more from other shafts.
I play the KE4 TC Driver (LS) and I wouldn’t recommend it if you are above a 10 handicap (.6 hc rn). It works perfect for me and I average 300+ off the tee with it. The Kuro Kage shaft pak is an absolutely amazing price and it gives a super penetrating ball flight.
If above a 10 the Max driver is apparently awesome from a forgiveness perspective. I’d really like to try out the max version, but I’m waiting for the 2026-2027 head release to pull the trigger. I use the fairway wood also and it’s really nice. My only critique is the new KE4 fairway wood has a taller face profile. In retrospect I probably should have gotten the white tour version because of the skinnier face profile, but I really wanted an adjustable hosel. I mainly just don’t feel confident with the tall face if I’m in the rough and need to dig a little. Otherwise it works perfect especially off the tee. Distance-wise like Britt said they are top tier. I’ll never buy a major oem golf club again as long as Maltby is in business. The TSW wedges are also awesome, I will be buying those wedge heads on repeat as long as they stay in stock
