Softness of feel can be about the material, but more so about the mass and dimensional characteristics of the design. TS3, like the TE, M05 and others we design, have both going for them. 1025C Carbon steel is a great material for softness and combined with the durability and the stability of the design, solid and soft is what you get. I played the TE’s for years, and the TS3’s feel just as good, at least to me they do. Everyone has a different sense of feel and the shaft, grip and golf ball play a role, but everything else being equal I think you will find the TS3 has a very good feel.

I played my kids mizuno’s (MP-32’s) years ago, and I think the TS3’s are just as soft. Granted, I play graphite now.
My TS2’s are really nice also. Not sure which one’s will go in the bag, but the TS3’s are more attractive in my opinion.
