Hi, looks like the US website is operating as it should. The Canadian website is not.
many products not listed or shown, even when I search by the product number it says no results. I imagine most items in stock in Canada, but phoning just to ask is a pain. Would like to know the price and consider alternatives before I’m ready to order. Seems like enough time has passed to get it fixed.
When can we expect full functionality?

Vic, sorry to hear of your troubles. I placed an order “paid extra express shipping” in the early stages of the change , took 5 days for the order to ship. Thankfully the order was correct. They did charge me 3x , but corrected that in a few days.
Disappointed too that the order history was lost. I’d often go back and check to see what I’d ordered. If we’d been forewarned I would have downloaded it.
Now on the brink of placing an order, will do that by phone.
A week or so to get it running would be understandable, but 6weeks?
