I agree with RLF, most of the reshafts I’ve done with adapters have a loose fit, so the beads take care of that.  Especially with woods, as the head would be off spec if it’s not centred.

Hard to tell from the photo, no ferrules apparent. A lot of second line clubs had no ferrule, as they were lower in cost to produce.  Any bands on the shaft ?
