That’s odd that they would say that. Not sure what kind of bending machine they have. Been bending all kinds of Hogan irons all my life on multiple types of machines and never had that problem. Either try another club repair operation of golf store etc., or send it to us. We can bend it.

My first consideration was to send them to you. But it was only 2/3 clubs and the cost for shipping and the wait time made me take it locally. Took them over to another and waited for them about 10 minutes. Job done.
