Thanks for your quick response to the following question estimating a C7 swingweight. How much weight would I have to add to the heads to get to D0 or D1?

I put together a KE4 Max 7 iron with a Recoil 660 F3 shaft. The head is 2 degrees

upright and the shaft is 1/2 inch long. The grips are Golf Pride C2 midsize. How can I determine the Swingweight.

mtw001 will get you to D0 as the max weight is 14 grams (6 grams more than original weight of 8 grams)
I would do the lead tape as it will fit nicely inside the cavity.

2 grams of weight in the head equals 1 swing weight point. So to get from the C7 to a D0, 6 grams would need to be added to the head weight. To get to a D1, 8 grams would need to be added to the head weight.

The bestanswer is, of course, buy a swingweight machine from GW—-OH, just go ahead and do it—they are fun to play with and you will never regret it ! :)
