Is the PDF still available that lists all of the iron heads that Maltby has tested and lists them in their MPF rating with the highest MPF rating at the top? I can’t find it anymore. I can find other MPF related resources but not this chart.

it’s not on the Maltby site. it’s on the golfworks.com site. go to “technical”. you’ll have to dig around for it.
