Will be building the heaviest putter ever: Max milled head (MA0351), 3in steel hosel (GW0138-CARB-3), straight pure-track shaft (MA0335-GY-STRA), and a gravity grip (ER0004-BKWH).

Few questions

Where would this land (roughly) on the toe hang to face balance spectrum?
Does anyone have any in-hand photos of the putter head? Sadly can’t find anything online, no pics or reviews. Probably because of the price point not many have dabbled with it… Would be nice to get a sense of the size at least. I’ll be sure to drop some photos after my build to help people out.
First putter build for me – Any tips/tricks to make sure the hosel is perfectly square with the face when epoxying it in there?

Generally the Max Milled head with the 3″ carbon steel slanted hosel will give you less than 10 degree of toe hang. It is almost face balanced. Of course that could vary slightly in the final complete build with all the components you use, but that should be close.

As far as making sure the hosel is square, always best to use a golf club gauge when assembling hosels or double double bend shafts into a putter head. Only way to guarantee you have it perfectly square. We could assemble the hosel into the head and the shaft into the hosel for you, then leave it for you to cut and grip, or we could do the entire assembly. Or you could just buy the pieces and do it yourself, or have someone local with a proper club gauge and experience do it for you. Can be challenging to try to get it perfectly square without a club gauge, but it can be done.
