I s the Ping adapter the same for the Ping G driver and the Ping G410 series? And can a broken shaft below the ferrule on the adapter be drilled out?

Tow different adaptors, as Rlafoone stated. On the shaft broken below the top of an adaptor, you need to have our Golfworks broken shaft extractor tool with the drill bit (GW0025, DBH18), the OEM Adaptor Saver Kit (GW1030), and a Shaft Extractor of some kind (GW1009, MA2007, FASTE). Removing it from an adaptor can be a little more challenging than if it’s just in a hosel and these tools make it easy. Don’t have a video for the procedure, but in short, you drill a small hole in the center of the broken shaft. Then thread the broken shaft extractor tool in. Then install the right size screw from the Adaptor Savor Kit into the adaptor and place it in the Shaft Extractor and use the same procedures you would use to remove a graphite shaft. Heat with a Heat Gun for 90 seconds, see if it moves, if not, heat again, etc. If you haven’t done it before and do not have the tools, you could either find someone experienced to do it, or simply buy another adaptor. Might be cheaper to just get another adaptor for the club. Most are available.

Two different adapters – Golfworks stocks them both.
Britt posted this regarding extraction of broken shaft at hosel. Drilling will work, but using the shaft extractor (an easy out) is recommended:
