I play TS1’s and sweep the ball as you. I love the clubs, but I’ve had them for years and just have to try the TS3’s. I’m only a 10 HCP. Can’t speak from experience on the TS4. I came from...

From Golfworks site: JimY · 8 days ago When these come in late September or first of October we will be getting full sets not just 5 irons and PW. We have plenty on order so we should be fine.

Graphite Iron Shafts and Swing Weight

I think it has to do with the overall weight of the shaft being closer to a steel shaft.

Thank you Britt! Believe it or not I do have that book, but it’s been quite some time since I was in it. I’ll pull it out tonight. Thanks.

TS3.5 Loft Progression

Hey, curious on the lofts for the TS3.5.  Why are they so different than the TS1-IM, TE+, and TS3?  The others are roughly 25 degrees, but the TS3.5 is 23 and adds a needed wedge?

Top line of TS3 and TS1IM

I play TS1’s at an 11 handicap.  Before TS1 (700+ MPF) I played Ping GMax (900+) and was a 16 handicap.  I’m not saying the club change made all the  difference but I would say confidently the TS1...

TS3 – Similar Retail Brand Irons

I went from Ping GMax to TS1s.  I found I made better contact I’m guessing due to the head size not being a shovel.  The GMax MPF is over 900, the TS1 MPF is just over 700.  The only thing I think...

TS3 – Similar Retail Brand Irons

This is tough as Maltby irons are so forgiving relative to the others. You could find an iron with the overall MPF being real close, but the feel may be totally different. You could find an iron with a...

Hey, it looks like you know what your head, shaft, and grip are…type “swingweight calculator” in google and look at the different calculators it brings up. You need head weight, raw shaft length...

One other thing. You might hold off on the 60. I can’t play a 60 to save my life. I can play a 58 Max Milled fine. Two degrees doesn’t seem like much, but it’s huge to me for some reason.

My pitching wedge is 45, then I have a 50 gap, 54 sand, and 58 lob. My distance gapping between wedges is good. Those clubs are shorter so they swing slower. 4 degrees difference is standard, but in...

Got Pak ordered. 4-9 and 44/48/56/60 wedges

Usually a 4 degree gap between irons so you’d want a 52, referred to as a gap wedge.

Club Fitters

https://www.clubguygolf.com The Club Guy.  He’s around Cary, NC.  He fitted and built my TS1s a few years ago.  Give him a call and see if he can help.  Great guy.

Can a high handicapper play the TS1 IMs?

I was a 16-18 handicap playing shovels, Ping GMax (900+ MPF) and switched to TS1s years ago. The only thing I think I miss is a few yards when I hit off toe side badly.  I actually hit the TS1s (711 MPF)...

Shaft choices for TS3s

I have a TS2 6 iron with an A flex MPF shaft.  My 7 iron distance is the same as yours.  I like the MPF shaft in A flex, tried an R flex, but couldn't get along with it.  To me the R was more like an...

TS4’s More Playable than Stealth?

I was fitted into TS1s four or five years ago from Ping GMax irons with an MPF over 900.  The only thing I think I gave up was a tad of forgiveness on toe hits (smaller C-dimension).  Still a bad toe...
