Trying to chose between a 5W and 7W to fill the gap between 9W and driver

It really could be either the 5W or the 7W.  There is only a 3 degree separation between the 9W and the 7W, so not sure if that's enough.  The 5W would be 6 degrees stronger and that might be too much,...

Safe to Ream Callaway UW Hosel to .370?

Although I don't have one of those UW's to reference, I can tell you we would not try to ream a hybrid, fairway wood or utility wood from .370 to .335.  We would hesitate to do it to a .350.  The nature...

Shaft MPF – How much does H/M matter?

If a shaft is rated an H vs an M, generally it is because it has a lower torque and or a slightly stiffer tip section.  In theory, the H shaft should feel and play a little firmer, which again, in theory,...

Weird phenomenon with digital swing weight scale

Well, you got me on that one.  I'm going to have to do some investigating to see if I can come up with why that might be. Does not seem possible since the Mizuno's measure the same on both.  I would...

MMB Identification

That is a short iron, either a 9, PW or GW of the original MMB iron that came out in 2011.  The short irons in that set did not have the weight relief pocket in the heel part of the muscle like the other...

My short answer, and I think I have answered you on some of this before, is yes you should have us build one to test and go from there.  Could build the 7 iron STi2 and the 8 TS3.  If you feel you want...

Impact of Jumbo grips on club/shaft profile

The Golf Pride CP2 Wrap Jumbo grips are 73 grams vs a 48 gram in the standard size.  On the grip end of a club, every 4 grams added will reduce the swing weight of the club by 1 swing weight.  So, going...

6 or 7 irons are fine for a test. They both are considered mid irons and should be good for demo purposes. The sole angle, or bounce, we design into our irons are exactly what they should be. I don't...

OK. No worries. So you need a KBS Tour .355" taper tip #8 iron shaft (which is the 38" length - our code FS0018) and you want it to be as close to 108 grams as possible. I will take a look tomorrow...

No worries and I understand. The TS3.5's are a stronger lofted version of the TS3's by about 2 degrees and have a slightly wider sole and topline. I really like them and they might be a great option...
