Seconded! Was really close to pulling the trigger on the current TS1. But the subtle changes described for the IM are all positives for me.
I think you may be confusing it with the TS1-IM that's also supposed to be released next year. The TS4 (AFAIK) will be a true traditional muscle back design, not hollow-bodied.
Another TS1 owner on GolfWRX confirmed it's a screw (T8 torx IIRC). And when checking he thought they seemed a little loose; but was able to snug them up.
That is interesting sparky14. Frankly, you're the first that I've seen mentioning this happening. Makes me even more curious about Maltby's insight on this one.

Tried to search and didn't see anyone ask about this before. When I stopped by GolfWorks, the lead guy in the shop (great dude) mentioned that the torx screw on the back of the TS1 is actually a vent....
