Something I've always done, is abrade the inside of ferrule with a .370 hosel brush, and slide the ferrule in place on a bed of epoxy, and presto! A quick step for a little peace of mind.

Sanding .015 off that .350 shaft is easy. I've done many .370 to .355.

I have a set of F2 heads if you're interested, that I've been holding on to.

As Britt mentioned, a fitting would be a good investment. Moving to a lighter graphite shaft, from a very heavy steel one, is often a difficult move. Some would characterize it as a swing wrecker. Losing...

What are you playing for steel, and are you happy with their performance? Is there anything in your ball flight that you'd change, if you could? Higher, lower, etc.

Personally, I'd use the Pro 115 reg flex and hard step it once. Not an expensive proceedure, so build one club and try it.
