So, I used to putt by feel quite a bit and for a long time, I used a Yes! Tracy II (flow neck) with only a topline dot. I would drop some mid-range and long putts but struggled with shorter range. Just wasn’t lined up correctly. Swapped to a Odyssey Versa Doublwide (double bend)with topline line, no flange alignment. and it really cleaned that up in the last year. I don’t make as many longer putts but my lags, shorter putts, and overall it’s saved me shots. I’ve gone back to a putter I bought a few years ago with the black Moment XII (double bend). I’m starting to like it and get a better feel for the mallet. I have noticed my face alignment is slightly better than the Versa.

Britt, I was wondering if you could talk me through a bit of the Ball-in-Motion philosophy and why that works so well for alignment. Historically for me, lots of rear alignment makes me want to pull a putt or line up left of my target which is why I like the dots and topline alignment aids. But the BiM is working and I don’t feel like it’s aiming my left and the results aren’t showing that. The BiM is very interesting “tech”.
