I’m planning to remove my putters double bend shaft and replace with a slant hosel.
It’s pretty simple to use. It is designed for helping when installing double bends. It allows the assembler to rotate the shaft into the proper position so the head is soled properly and the face is square. The gauge simple allows you to see when the head is in the proper position and everything lines up with the double bend in the proper position. If the double bend is off any, the head won’t line up, face won’t be square. Should be able to do the same thing with the slant hosel assembly.
