Not sure, but before Golfsmith was Golfsmith, they were called Custom Golf Clubs Inc. (Austin, Texas) and they had a logo that was the arm and hammer. That had to be late 1970’s I think. Not sure if they produced a club with the arm and hammer on it, but that is what it looked like. I’ll keep looking and if I find anything I will post, but that is what first came to mind.
