Need to remove an older Ping adaptor on a Ping Tour stiff shaft to replace it with a Cobra MyFly8 adaptor to use with my Cobra F9 driver. I have no shaft extractor so this has to be done with minimal tool equipment. I do have the basic tools. Thanks
Not saying this because I am trying to sell you something, but if you don’t have a quality extractor and an OEM adaptor saver kit, chances are very slim you can remove it without damaging the shaft. Even with those tools there is always a risk when removing adaptors. I wouldn’t even know how to tell yo to try it without those tools or similar. If you choose to attempt to, I suppose you could place the shaft in a vise with some rubber vise pads to protect the shaft, slowly heat the adaptor, preferably with a heat gun, and pull the adaptor straight off, no twisting. I think that is an overly risky option, but without tools that’s the only way I would know to try.

Your only safe option is to take it to a club repair person, or big box golf retailer.
