If the junior is 5’9″ and swinging an 8 iron 76 mph, they don’t need a junior shaft. A men’s regular shaft should be fine. If he or or she has a really smooth or slower tempo, might could look at an A flex, but I would say most likely a standard Regular flex would be what to go with as they will get stronger and probably have a neutral to faster tempo. My experience is most juniors tend to have a neutral to faster tempo.
Lots of R flex shaft options. In graphite, the MPF Pro Series, Fujikura Vista Pro, Rapport, or a Recoil option (several to choose from). In steel, probably would stay with a lighter weight option. The Score LT is a great option and is our stock shaft. Great value too. Beyond that, might look at some of the Nippon options. NS Pro 950GH or NS Pro 8950GH if you think a mid/high to higher trajectory shaft would be beneficial.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Britt. Is there a recommendation between graphite for steel based on size and swing speed at this stage?
