I was hitting 7-irons at the range with 2 different lie angles on the clubs.  One of the irons was 3 degrees flat while the other was a standard lie angle.  I found that the flat lie angle tended to fly to the right while the club with the standard lie angle flew straighter and even drew.  Is this typical?  It seems that I have to try to manipulate the club with the flatter lie to get desired results.
