If your just ordering a head and need it bent, you would need to call in the order and tell them what specs you want it bent to. There are some limitations, depending on the model.
If your ordering a pak that we are assembling there is a place to add notes about the build. On our club builder, you can select the specific specs you need the loft and lie bent to, and add notes if needed.
