I am a KE4 iron player with Maltby graphite A flex shafts. 75 years old, 22 handicap and a mid 70’s swing speed. I have a set of TS-1’s that I love the feel of but they have True Temper Dynamic Gold stiff shafts. So while the feel of the club is amazing, the reality is I lose a fair amount of distance over my regular irons; no doubt my swing speed doesn’t fit the shaft flex. I love the looks and the feel of the TS-1’s and want to use them.

My questions is, if I reshaft to what I am using now, will I retain the feel of the forged head and  be able to match the distance of my KE’s? (I am not a long hitter)
